Shipping Policies

Shipments within the Continental United States usually arrive within 5-6 working days from when you place your order. Depending on your location, we may need additional time to ship your order. For on-line orders, we ship only via UPS .

Return Policies

SturdiProducts® will gladly accept the return of your product within 30 days from shipment, however, no returns can be accomodated after thirty days for any reason. To return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any returns without a prior authorization will be refused. E-mail us to obtain a Return Authorization Number with an explanation for your return to sales@sturdiproducts.com. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge unless they are the result of our error. No returns are accepted "Freight Collect" or COD.

Billing Policies

When you place your on-line order for products and choose to pay by credit card, your order is not shipped until processing of your credit card is completed successfully. If you choose to pay by check, we will hold your order until we receive it and it clears your bank. If you choose to pay by money order, your products will be shipped as soon as we receive the money order.
